This just in! FLAPPY PAPPY has just escaped from Funny Farm Nursing home and is on the move! He was last reported heading east towards the mythical floating Leisure Island in the sky.
My first video game project, FLAPPY PAPPY was written with the technical capabilities and limitations of the original Nintendo Entertainment System in mind. The NES could only play three four voices total, two pulse waves, one triangle wave, and a noise generator. It also had rudimentary sampling capabilities utilized in such games as BAD DUDES.
Each level of FLAPPY PAPPY was designed with a different style of retro game in mind. There was a forest, reminiscent of SUPER MARIO BROS., a CASTLEVANIA-like cemetery, your typical underwater level, a Christmas stage, and even the depths of Limbo.

Into the graveyard with a spooky samba.

No side-story here as you battle countless Ninjas.

You’ll feel like the blue bomber soaring through the clouds.
